Payroll Year End is upon us and emails containing your activation information are in the process of being sent out to you. Inside you will find your activation information and the details you will need to download your upgrade.

To download your Update, please fill in the form at the top of this page and select the correct download link for your software. It is important that you select the correct software.

For Payroll users, the upgrade to the latest version of Opera 3 / Capital Payroll must be installed before running the Payroll Year End and before the first payroll to be run after the 6th April 2025. It can be installed any time before then.

With Brexit on the horizon on December 31st 2020, it’s key you understand as a business the changes that are upcoming and what your organisation must do to align with new Government legislations. On January 1st 2021, the transition period with the European Union (EU) will end and the United Kingdom (UK) will operate a full, external border which means that controls will be placed on the movement of goods between Great Britain (GB) and the EU. This will be similar to the rules that currently apply to movement of goods with non-EU countries.

Pegasus are releasing a course of documents to help inform customers who import and export with the EU. These are designed to help keep you informed of the legislative requirements and what steps you, as a company, need to consider. We will regularly update this with the latest information and keep you informed of any possible implications for your Pegasus software.

Mobile Sales via Pegasus Web Xchange is a dedicated sales app that will change the way your orders are taken and processed.

If you have a sales team on the road, Pegasus Mobile Sales will be an invaluable tool for them to take sales orders on their mobile devices. The sales person can showcase products to the customer, take the order and send it securely back to the office to be authorised and uploaded into Opera 3 Sales Order Processing.

With Pegasus Mobile Sales, the turnaround time between a customer placing an order and that order being processed is reduced significantly. This improves delivery and invoicing times, ultimately enhancing cash flow. Processing orders in this way saves time and money and improves the customer’s experience of your company.

Pegasus Mobile Sales is designed to improve the way your sales team interacts with customers. Account information is provided so that the sales person can see the customer’s credit limit and current balance, a list of their outstanding invoices and due dates, and previous orders placed. The sales person, therefore, knows what’s been ordered, delivered and invoiced to that customer, so they have a history of the customer’s purchasing patterns. And it’s possible to define the length of time sales orders are retained on the mobile device.

In addition, Stock Enquiry allows the sales person to see what is in stock and the selling price to that customer. All of which is exactly what the sales team needs to manage customer accounts, take sales orders and send them to the office for processing.
