Pegasus Accounts Payable Automation

Automating your Accounts Payable function provides the simplest way of processing invoices and gives you complete visibility of your financial position to make smart budgeting decisions.

A unique email address is used to capture your invoices, which are then automatically converted into a digital format, including any attachments, invoice header and line details. The AP automation feature uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract all the relevant information from the invoices and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to recognise repeated patterns and improve accuracy.

Finance teams have complete visibility and control over the status of every invoice processed to allow for smarter budgeting decisions, and a duplicate invoice check ensures no invoices are paid twice. An automated bank account capture reduces the risk of fraud and the approval process can happen anytime, anywhere by the nominated approver/s.

Once approved the invoice will appear in Opera 3 SQL SE with a full audit trail and will be electronically stored for seven years to meet audit requirements.

As you will be aware from our previous emails, Pegasus Opera 3 SQL SE has been available for some time now as an upgrade for Opera 3 customers. Sales Pipeline Manager has now been released for Opera 3 SQL SE. Have you spoken to your Account Manager yet about your upgrade?

Sales Pipeline Manager is the CRM module for Opera 3 SQL SE and allows your organisation to manage your entire customer and prospect relationships from one place. From the initial contact, you can manage prospects and their enquiries, convert prospects to customers and continue to manage the customer relationship moving forwards. This means you have full visibility of what is happening with each contact and all your opportunities.

Opera 3 SQL SE is Pegasus’ roadmap for the future, combining the familiar look and feel of Opera 3 with additional optimised code and increased data capacity. Businesses will have the power to schedule tasks to perform in the background whilst they get on with their day-to-day work, due to the SQL Server and the server-side processing it contains. New Opera 3 Payroll functionality

New Opera 3 Payroll functionality available

The latest version of Opera 3 Payroll and Scheduler now includes integration with HMRC’s Data Provisioning Service. Find out more!

This new enhancement allows employers to securely connect to the HMRC Government Gateway from within Opera 3 and download employee tax codes, referred to as P6 and P9 data. This is then easily processed in Opera 3 to update the system with the relevant tax code changes.

DPS Process

This new functionality is available to all Opera 3 Payroll customers with a valid Annual Maintenance Contract. It will require an upgrade to Opera 3 v2.82 and Scheduler v2.21
