There are many benefits when using the P11D Organiser to submit your benefit returns online. It is much more efficient and reliable than using paper and can cut down on storage space, postage costs and administration whilst being a very secure and convenient solution.

Once you have finished entering your P11d information for the year, it’s as simple as clicking a button to send the information online to HMRC. This information is sent to HMRC servers via the internet and is automatically validated against their business rules for accuracy. Submitting online, therefore, minimises the chances of incorrect returns in comparison to paper submissions and benefit details will be incorporated into the employee’s tax codes once the submission is accepted in much less time than if they were entered manually.

For those employers that provide company cars to employees, you will be pleased to learn that the P11D Organiser can be used to produce P46(car) forms automatically. These in-year P46(car) forms of company car changes can also be submitted electronically through the Government Gateway, to ensure your employee’s tax codes are kept as up to date as possible.

Live Pegasus Payroll EOY Seminars

Profile is partnering up with Pegasus Software to host a series of live seminars across the country in early 2020. These seminars are completely free to attend and will be a great source of information regarding legislative changes to Payroll and Making Tax Digital, Pegasus Software and their roadmap for 2020 and also Opera 3 SQL SE. Priority ERP V19.1 – What Can It Do For You?

As Priority continue to stamp their authority within the ERP Software market, they are consistently looking for ways to enhance their application and ensure they stay a step above their competitors by releasing two updated versions every year.

To establish the best possible solutions to user’s queries and bug fixes, Priority questioned 290 customers with the view to discovering the most efficient amendments. With this in mind, they have applied 51 modern functionality items and fixes to this update – Priority has continued to lead and develop their modern user interface and amplify their modern approach to the ERP world.

Material Requirements Planning Enhancements

Two main upgrades have been made within the MRP Module – Firstly, businesses can now consider more than one sub-contractor when it comes to selecting jobs, this signals a clear improvement in regards to managing your sub-contractors work cycle. Secondly, there is an increasingly tighter connection between sales orders and work orders. A clear example of this can be seen as multiple sales orders can be added to work order, plus businesses can find the original sales order that was connected to a work order within the application, with this also offering increasingly realistic and more efficient results.

Mobile Updates

To improve the easy-to-use user interface, Priority, have developed the capability to search and refine within forms on a mobile device further. Upon searching within parameters on a Mobile Device, users are now able to simply begin typing what they’re searching for and an auto-fill highlight option will then become apparent, saving businesses time searching through forms.
