- Thursday 24th December 2020 – Head office & support lines open until 12:30pm
- Friday 25th December 2020 – CHRISTMAS DAY – Closed
- Monday 28th December 2020 – BANK HOLIDAY – Closed
- Tuesday 29th December 2020 – Limited support available 9am – 5:30pm
- Wednesday 30th December 2020 – Limited support available 9am – 5:30pm
- Thursday 31st December 2020 – Limited support available 9am – 5:30pm
- Friday 1st January 2021 – BANK HOLIDAY – Closed
- Monday 4th January 2021 – Open as normal
